Due to Covid-19 all courses have been adapted to run on Zoom where required.

However, in-person courses are starting back  in the Swansea/ Neath/ Llanelli area. To book onto one of our upcoming group courses click here.

Hypnobirthing courses and the 3-step Rewind programme can be booked with a £50 deposit. Payment plans are available if you require, however the balance needs to be paid 1 week prior to the start of the course.

Our in-person group courses are held in Temple Wellness Centre in Parkmill, Swansea and Magnolia Wellness Centre Neath.

1-to1 courses are arranged on an individual basis either on zoom, in your home or in an alternative setting.  

Breast/Chest feeding courses are currently held online.
